Client Support Workers locum positions

Community Health Centres provide a unique opportunity for individuals with a health or social science background to:

• Work in an interdisciplinary setting to provide instrumental advocacy and case management to clients
• Help clients meet their basic needs by providing information and support, and assist clients in dealing with issues such as shelter, safety, health cards, immigration, and social assistance
• Be innovative in addressing individual, group and community health issues
• Achieve a work/life balance. A full-time Client Support Worker works 35 - 37.5 hours per week
