- Coordinate/supervise various aspects of the work of designated clinical teams
- Provide leadership for program planning, monitoring and evaluation, including data collection
- Assist the clinical director with preparation of proposals, budgets and reports
- Work effectively independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
- Work within a community-based context, with a culturally diverse community
- Maintain and develop skills and experience in supervision, teamwork/team building and conflict management
- Implement knowledge of program/service development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation and strategic planning
- Achieve a work/life balance. (35 - 37.5 hours per week)
