Clinical operations manager/clinical coordinator locum positions

Community Health Centres provide a unique opportunity for clinical coordinators to:

• Coordinate/supervise various aspects of the work of designated clinical teams
  
• Provide leadership for program planning, monitoring and evaluation, including data collection
  
• Assist the clinical director with preparation of proposals, budgets and reports
  
• Work effectively independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
  
• Work within a community-based context, with a culturally diverse community
  
• Maintain and develop skills and experience in supervision, teamwork/team building and conflict management
  
• Implement knowledge of program/service development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation and strategic planning
  
• Achieve a work/life balance. (35 - 37.5 hours per week)
