Clinical director locum positions

Community Health Centres provide a unique opportunity for clinical directors to:

• Provide leadership within specified program and service areas in accordance with the vision, mission and values of the health centre
  
• Provide leadership in the development, implementation and evaluation of strategies and programs to meet identified needs and to fulfill funder requirements
  
• Oversee research-related activities where relevant
  
• Participate in broad-based health planning and partnerships through affiliation with appropriate organizations and institutions
  
• Work effectively independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
  
• Work within a community-based context, with a culturally diverse community
  
• Maintain and develop skills and experience in supervision, teamwork/team building and conflict management
  
• Achieve a work/life balance. (35 - 37.5 hours per week)
